My name is Kellie DeFries, owner of CrystalNinja, LLC, and inventor of the Dual-Ended Hand tool known globally as the Crystal Katana pick-up tool. You have made it here due to the discovery of sales on various platforms, i.e. Shopify, Etsy, eBay, Wix, Walmart, etc. that are infringing on my United States Patents of Dual-Ended Hand Tool. I have created a simple and amicable way to address and end your infringement. 

Welcome to your easy 2024 Intellectual Property Infringement, Profit Payment Portal.

• Step 1
• Export your lifetime sales of the infringing tool from all online and retail platforms, including sales from Kits or Sets that contain the infringing tool. (Helpful info: Patent infringement does not require an actual sale. It requires putting the infringing tool into commerce, making it possible for others to acquire the infringing tool without going through the creator. Giving it away hurts business.)
• Locate invoices from the company or companies you purchased the infringing tools.
• Step 2
• Gather all sales reports, invoices, and documents for approval from your Certified Public Accountant, if you do not have a CPA, You can have a notary review and approve. Be sure to enter the CPA or Notary info on the portal.
  
• Step 3
• Choose the range of your profit amount. The smaller the sales, the smaller the window of payment. The larger profit amount, the window is quite large.
• Step 4
• Upload all sales reports, purchase invoices, and documents using the UPLOAD button.
• Upload CPA or Notary Certification (which should be on their business letterhead and should include Name, Certification Number, address and telephone number. 
• Step 5
• Click SIGN AND ADD TO CART
• This is the legal settlement document you will sign and agree to cease promoting and selling the infringing tool.  You also have the option to sign a license agreement.  If you choose to also License, you must first pay your profits, then we will send a link to set up your future monthly licensing/royalty payments. 
• Do NOT use any coupons or discount codes.

You have 30 days from the day of notice/dm sent/online report filed.

Q&A

Am I being sued? Not at the moment. Let me be clear.  I am willing to litigate as I am currently suing over 300 companies with settlements coming in monthly from nearly all defendants. I only sold a few, why do I have to do this? I have created many ranges of profits for you to choose from. If your total profit was only $50.00, good news, the closest to $50.00 is only $199.99. I can assure you it is way less than obtaining any counsel to begin litigation processes.

How long do I have to respond? You have 30 days from the date of notice. Upon the 30days expiration, you will incur late fees CALCULATED VIA A DAILY RATE. YOU WILL ALSO BE ADDED TO THE ACTIVE lawsuit and you will be forced to incur expensive legal fees to obtain legal counsel.
