Please review our return policy and when ready to ship the items back, please provide us the tracking information so that we may follow it back to our warehouse. Once we receive the items, a refund will be applied immediately.

Our office hours are Monday through Thursday 8am to 4pm and we are closed on all Federal holidays. Our offices are currently closed, however, we were compelled to respond as it is clear that you are very frustrated. We stand by the quality of our K9-Sparkle shapes, and we will never remove negative reviews. The process for reviews is: a review is left and can take anywhere from 24-72 hours to post as the system checks for spam bots etc. Rest assured your reviews will remain visible once published. We welcome all feedback, and it's our priority to ensure that our products meet your expectations.

We note from your photos in your review that you have 2 different package options. If you would kindly open the bag with the frosted window and compare the 2 offerings I think you may find that the shapes are equally as sparkly as the mix pack you purchased. We of course will share the photos and your concerns with our manufacturer to verify it with our manufacturer to be certain - but of course you are welcome to return them items.
