I ordered the tanto pencil and Crystal katana black- with free tool case through Michaels (Due to lots of comments about packages getting lost I thought it would be best to order through Michaels…) And I did not get the FREE TOOL CASE for the Kantana. I do love the tanto pencil and this is the first time I’m ordering the Katana and I’m very disappointed I didn’t get the free tool case. I will try and send a message to the company in hopes that they will send it to me ..
Hello Ms. Buchanan. I was sorry to see your 1 Star Review on our Crystal Katana and distressed to say the least that you based your ordering on bad reviews of people not getting their products. I had to go back into our reviews and see I had missed multiple complaints! Fortunately, I was only able to find one complaint of missing orders - and once these are discovered - they are always rectified. The review platform is normally not the place to request assistance on a missing shipment. But we are happy to help anyone, anytime on their orders.
I have emailed you privately in regard to the 'free tool case.' Unfortunately, we had discontinued the tool cases about 5 months ago and that change was not made on our description on the Michaels.com website. It was not our intention to mislead or purposefully omit any product from an order and the listing has been corrected. As advertised. Works great. Have used it to bling a few full size tumblers and works better than some of the other similar products.

Works so well to pick up all stone sizes, helps me work faster
USED to be best pick up tool ever. Since I stopped being able to buy them on Amazon they really suck. 15 minutes of use, entire tip breaks off. Same thing about 20 minutes later. By today, less than 24 hrs later it's a stub. Like how it would have normally been after months of using. Maybe if the tip wasn't HOLLOW, it wouldn't break so easy. Expensive product that now costs me a lot of time and money. Absolutely inexcusable. And I've complained to them more than once.
